[solved] xeester is not importing my data

Xeester worked well for almost a year.
In the last 2 days is not importing data, HUD doesn'y work, and after all my past data are lost.
New data is still not imported, please fix this!

Welcome Antonio88,

Try this:

Close Xeester

Make a copy on your desktop of the folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Xeester\mysql\data\xeester_v2
(if there is a problem later, you can copy paste this folder from your desktop to C:\Program Files (x86)\Xeester\mysql\data )

Start Xeester

Repair the database in Xeester (Start > Repair the database)

Hi,
i tried but nothing has changed.
Now i have few hands saved for my error but xeester don't import nothing, don't show statistic and HUD neither.

Make a copy on your desktop of the folder
C:\Program Files\Xeester\processed

Make a backup in Xeester (Start > Backups management... > Backup DESKTOP-XXXXXXX...)
You will have all your data saved online in case the following manipulations would come to delete it.

Download Xeester
Reinstall Xeester over (so without uninstalling it) by choosing:
  • Keep my data
  • Keep my user preferences

No results at all.. when I try to import data appear this error in report: Tournament summary unknown

Install Xeester in a new directory:

So do not uninstall your current Xeester (it will serve you later to get your HUD, etc ...),


Do it like the first time,

Download Xeester
Launch the installation
Change the directory name as I did below



Once the new Xeester installed you will see if it works by importing your history

Obviusly all my language settings on pokerstars was already in english..!!
My problem isn't solved at all.
Xeester don't import my data, import report me error for every files.
Hud isn't working
