HUD IN 888.IT

Hi!
The Hud in 888.it does not work. Hands are imported, but hud not starts in game.
I've also Pokerstars and it runs correctly.
-Language set: EN
-Hand History folder: Checked (but last 4 games are not imported)
-Preffered Seat: Cannot choose it (look at the screenshot)

Can you make a screenshot of Xeester's DevTool window:
Help > Devtool > WINDOWS tab > type the beginning of the table name you are playing in the "Filter" box
And enlarged this window to the maximum that we can see all that is written


You can send screenshot + history file to ngba3287(at)xeester.com
You will find a copy in the directory C:\Program Files\Xeester\processed

You can also from Xeester select the game and click on "Show files" for quick access

Now ater 2 days it run with normal games and had imported the past results, but do not import the results in the Snap MTT.
Can u tell me how can I help you to find what you need to fix it?

Can you confim that :

-HUD works on CashGame table (no Snap)
-HUD works on MTT/SNG table (no Snap)

-HUD doesn't work on SNAP CashGame table but results are impoted
-HUD doesn't work on SNAP MTT/SNG table but results are impoted

Strange because if HUD works it means import works,
Maybe the results are in FUN (No Real) ?
