Hi,

I have downloaded Xeester for Mac (I am at the 1mo free trial now). I did configured it wit my PokerStars account. Everything else is working, but the HUD is not showing. Initially I have thought that it needs more hands but I have played around 500 hands since the installation so It is not he case (probably).
Can you please tell me what can be the problem?

I am using Xeester V2.24.2.0 and MacBook Air 2020. If you need any more information, please let me know.

If you use Xeester on MacOS,
Is the "XeesterServer" application allowed in ScreenRecording ?

Hi,
It was not at first but I have allowed It and it still does not work. Should I re-install the app?

First:
System settings > Security and privacy > Full disk access > Add Xeester

Then :
Since the latest MacOS updates, which are causing problems for many software programs,
Now you also need to add Xeester in :
System settings>Privacy and security>Apps management.
If Xeester is not present, add it, then activate it (blue tick):



A notification at the launch of Xeester must have appeared about this, not necessarily obvious to see :



Clicking on this message will also take you to System Settings>Privacy and Security>Apps Management.
