[solved] HUD does not launch on iPoker network (win2day) Mac client

Hi,

HUD does not launch in win2day (iPoker network, the only legal poker site in Austria) client on MacOS.  The hands are imported properly, the tables are recognized and the live results are working perfectly, but the HUD never appears. The permission for screen recording is enabled. Could you please help me out? What am I doing wrong? I really want to use your product, but no HUD is a show stopper.

Next time you play and don’t have the HUD, can you go to menu Help>Devtool, tab Windows, click the Export button, and send the resulting file at contact(at)xeester.com ?
