[solved] plus de HUD sur Poker stars depuis l'ouverture EU

Hello,
Several complains already from many palyers (including me) about the HUD that does not run properly for Pokerstars tournaments rooms where palyers from Spain can play.
The HUD runs correctly for Cash Game, even with palyers from Spain or elsewhere.

So, for tournament sessions ;

- Have you identify the issue cause ?
- Is the cause by your side or Pokerstars side ?
- Could we expect that Xeester HUD will run properly with Pokerstars tournament sessions with palyers from Spain (mainly, but also from Ukraine...)

My hands archive are in French, both cash and tournament => I don't know if that could be the cause but as it is Ok for Cash game, I guess that's not the issue.

Please, give some overview of the situation and delay to get the HUD operational with Pokerstars tournament rooms.

Hi, I I select English language for tournament history.....why not

But important question : if I select English for hands history too, does it mean my HUD will be "reset" for cash games....as it works properly for cash games

If there is no consequence on my HUD for cash games, 100% guaranted, then Ok I will choose English for saving my hands and tournaments.

Please can you confirm, or not ?

I've switched my tournaments hands to English into Pokerstars and then palyed 2 tournament sessions tonight (with French, Spanish, Russian players) and the HUD is blocked on 0 or 1 hand during the play, without any update for statistics, as in the meantime all hands are properly imported and visible into Xeester.
When I refresh Xeester, all hands are uploaded.

So, turn into English the data archive for tournament does not seem to be the solution.

This situation is very frustrating....I don't know if same issue with Holdem Manager 2 but I can see some international sessions live on Pokerstars for tournaments on You Tube (last yesterday night for Sunday million) and their HUD with HM2 is efficient and runs correctly.

I don't know what to say, just wait for happy news and solve....please give some feed_back and don't say it works with English data.

Yes English for all

So your problem is you are using HUD with Data filters (exemple with "Nb. players")

Check the Data filters :

Ok, I've switched all my hands history in English into Pokerstars and set up the HUD filters as shown and the HUD runs now properly with Pokerstars tournament sessions, even with foreign people accros EU.
