some of my tournaments are recognized as play money tournaments (and they are real money spin&gos).

Hi,

i have no problems with the import of the HH.

You can try to repair the database Menu "Start > Repair the database..." > Repair the database

I think you don't have configured pokerstars to have the summarys :

Hey again,
my settings are ok;

~80% of the tournaments are imported correctly as real money tournaments, the other ~20% are imported wrongly as play money tournaments. This error happens not randomly, meaning that the recognition of the file works correctly during the most sessions, than somehow the tournaments of 1 session are recognized wrongly.
Please check up this picture and see how the tournaments are imported - when i select one of them and go to edit - all the data is missing (number of players, buy in, rake, peciality, structure), only the "place" is imported correctly.

Please check up this topic too , it seems to be the same reason for this problem.

Let me know if i can help you somehow to identify the problem. In case i created the topic in the wrong subforum, please move it.

Come on guys,
i pay for your software and expect from you at least to correct the bugs. I spent 20 minutes to describe the problem and nobody is answering 1 week... That's your work, do it;
