[solved] Problem to get the Original logs of my hands

Hello everyone...I am trying to copy the original logs of some my hands but it shows a error message saying "Unknown original logs !". Anyone here had this error. How can I solve it?

You can solve it if you still have original logs.

Can you verify if the copy of the original log is in:
C:\Program Files\Xeester\processed

If yes, delete the session from Xeester then import the file manually (Import > Import files...)

I have checked this directory, and in fact there are some folders there, but it is strange in the folder processed there are 3 folders:
Pokerstars, 888, and Errors...in the Errors there is a folder called Pokerstars and inside of this folder there are 3 other folders: "Summary error", "Unknown actions" and "Not included in the license"

I opened this Unknown actions and there are 3 files...in one of these files there are there some hands that I played yesterday night....I am not sure if this is normal, if it is...then ok....I am just saying it to make sure that it is all ok...

I really can delete all my sessions and import again? Cause I am getting the error with any hand that I try to select, even hand from months ago, and I got the original logs of these same hands weeks ago.

Can you send historical files to ngba3287(at)xeester.com for analysis?

So if it doesn't work when you try with a recent hand,

Your database must have a problem.

So,

Try this:

Close Xeester

Make a copy on your desktop of the folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Xeester\mysql\data\xeester_v2
(if there is a problem later, you can copy paste this folder from your desktop to C:\Program Files (x86)\Xeester\mysql\data )

Start Xeester

Repair the database in Xeester (Start > Repair the database)


Then check it works after playing new hands
