[solved] PS.COM is configured and logged but doesn't appear in my data

Hello, 

I have created a new account on PS.com and tried to make the data appear in xeester. The log is configured but the data doesn't appear.
It maybe a problem of currency since all my previous data was in € but this database is in $ ? 
It's the hand history under the pseudo annaluuv that I want, also the nickname annaluuv doesn't appear in my nicknames

I don't think it's a problem of currency.

Make sure TournSummary and HandHistory are registered in English,
and that the TournSummary and HandHistory directories of your PokerStars.COM username are correctly indicated in Xeester,
Maybe only your other/old username is configured.

If the problem persists,
Open your HandHistory directory from PokerStars.COM and check that there are files ?
If so, send a file to contact(at)xeester.com 

Hello I did everything that was told in the video, deleted pokerstars.fr from my PC and my old pseudos from xeester to be sure that was not interfering. 
And there's files in both tournsummary and hand history
My nickname "annaluuv" is appearing when I go in "my nicknames / manage my pseudos" but it doesn't appear in "my nicknames/ a hero"

File must be in english :

 


Maybe a file before you configure in english (19/11/2024)
Check if your last files are now write in english using Date, example :  www.xeester.com/fr/forum/rooms-configura...ed-summary-txt#39933

If they are not in english,
Maybe the bug comes from PokerStars,
So try to use PokerStars in english, example :  www.xeester.com/fr/forum/categories-en/5...ce-last-update#11895
