Impossible to connect

Hi there,

I create this topic as it is often impossible to connect to Xeester.
2 days that I reinstalled the software on my laptop and 2 days that it's impossible to be connected to my account. Always the same error message (after 5 minutes waiting for a connexion) : "Impossible to connect to the server. Please try again in few minutes"...

Is it possible that it works sometime ? :(

Hi,

Do you have an antivirus?
If so, did you configure it for Xeester?

Once you have configured everything if it does not work you can try to reinstall it by disabling your antivirus, as follows:

Reinstall Xeester (so without uninstalling it) by choosing:
  • Keep my data
  • Keep my user preferences

If the problem persists,
Can you send to contact(at)xeester.com the file :

'xeester.log'

You will find it in :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Xeester
