Hi, my xeester HUD don't start. Reinstalled the program, checked the firewall and antivirus, but it doesnt appear in pokerstars tables. Appreciate your help

yes I have the same problem on full tilt !! I multiblable and my hud work only on 1 table .

did you configure Pokerstars as indicated in the user guide ?

For your information, Xeester does not work on Zoom tables yet.

Yes It's configured like the user guide says. But still doesnt work. I'm not playing Zoom, just regular SnG MTT. It have been working fine until a couple days, really dont know the reason. And the trial expires 08-17-2015.

I've downloaded the trial today and the HUD doesn't work on Full Tilt. I've configured as in the instruction and I've configured the Avast too.

Still HUD won't show on 6-max cash tables.

What can be the problem?

English

I've used the holdem manager before, so I know the basic rules on how to setup the client. There should be another problem somewhere.

OK. Yes there should be another problem I can't figure out of the box.
If you're ok, we can schedule a Teamviewer session, so as I can come and see directly on your computer what really happens and find a solution.

Yes. I now see the HUD, but If I open another table - there is no HUD on it. So it now works only on one table.

Solve my problem, in PS settings I don't know why the option "Save my hand history" was unclicked. My HUD it's working fine until now. Thanks for your advices.
