Most poker rooms allow you to save your game history, ie all info collected during your sessions (game type, format, date, hour, hands, gains, losses, etc.).
You need to enable this "save" option on each poker room for Xeester to be able to retrieve the game history written in their proprietary text files. These are usually created in a folder whose settings you can specify.
You can open the import configuration dialog from the "Import>Import configuration and logs..." menu or from the desktop.
The import configuration dialog is composed of 2 tabs :
The interface is composed of 3 areas :
1 - "SUMMARY" summarizes le the number of sites for the selected filter.
2 - "FILTERS" is the area to select the rooms filter to use :
3 - "ROOMS" displays the rooms for the selected filter. It is composed of 3 areas :
1 - "SORTING" : to sort rooms by multiple criteria
2 - "ROOMS" : rooms list, in form of columns of information
3 - "ACTIONS" : depending on the selected room, action buttons are activated on the bar located below the list. Those actions are also accessible via a context menu activated by right-clicking on the list.

GOOD TO KNOW : Some poker rooms store hand histories in hidden folders (like Ongame).
In order to show those hidden folders, follow theses steps (example for Windows 7) :
1. Open a file explorer Window, click Organize and click the Folder options menu :
2. In the options dialog box, select the View tab, and select the "Show hidden files, folders and drives" option :
You may import data in four different situations :
1. While playing online, Xeester will directly import your data if your game history folders were properly detected (cf. Rooms configuration) and if the HUD is ON (cf HUD Activation).
Note : completed hands are imported in real time, and compiled immediately in the statistics displayed by the HUD.
2. When starting the global import, all referenced game history folders will be imported :
3.When manually importing a specific file or folder :
4.You may want to import data only from a specific room :
When the import is running, a window named Import in progress appears and shows the files that are going to be processed :
If a file is not recognized as correct, it is marked as unknown. Click Show to see the details:
In that case :
- Either it's not a game history file
- Or its format is not standard (ie. a room software update may have occured and Xeester has not taken it into account yet). In that case, please send us the file for verification.
NB : In the second case, send us the files on our forum.
Files in error are moved (or copied, depending on the option you chose) into the folder Xeester\processed\Errors\[Poker room]\[Error type]:
Depending on the error type, the game session and/or hand(s) may not be imported.
You can see the files in error by clicking the Open or Open all buttons.
GOOD TO KNOW :
- Files that have already been imported are marked as duplicates. Click Open to show the details.
- Duplicates are not errors, they are not copied in the folder Xeester\processed\Errors.
- To avoid duplicates, activate the "Move file" option in the Import options.
- You can see the time spent processing the files, time remaining, as well as the number of hands per second :
Note : Time spent and number of hands per second depend on the speed and performance of your computer.
The progress bar indicates the import progress and the file being processed :
You can stop the import process by clicking the Cancel button
The Close button only hides the import window :
The interface is composed of 3 zones :
1 - "SUMMARY" summarizes le the number of logs for the selected filter.
2 - "FILTERS" is the area to select the logs filter to use :

1 - "SORTING" : to sort logs by multiple criteria
2 - "LOGS" : logs list, in form of columns of information
3 - "ACTIONS" : depending on the selected log(s), action buttons are activated on the bar located below the list. Those actions are also accessible via a context menu activated by right-clicking on the list.
