TeamViewer QuickSupport is a free, lightweight software widely used worldwide for remote IT assistance.
It does not require a full installation: you simply download it, run it, and it allows our support team to temporarily connect to your computer in order to solve your issue.
This method is safe and secure: you remain in control of the session at all times, and you can end it whenever you want.
When to use this procedure?
Only if you are facing a blocking issue (Xeester not starting, poker room detection problems, HUD not working, etc.).
Before requesting remote assistance, please make sure you have read the

Steps to follow :

15 minutes before the scheduled session, you will receive by email the session code to enter in QuickSupport.
Open QuickSupport, enter the code you received, and confirm.
Authorize the connection if requested by the application.
During the session:
All communication will take place only through the integrated TeamViewer chat.
