This topic explains how to install and configure Teamviewer, a free software for remote controlling tour computer, in order to help you in troubleshooting Xeester.
This procedure should only be used if you encounter a blocking problem like being unable to start Xeester, poker rooms detection problems, or a HUD malfunction.You must have read the user guide before asking us to remote control your computer.
The procedure is very easy :
1. Download and install the Teamviewer software (free) : Download Teamviewer
2. Run Teamviewer. In the section "Allow Remote Control" you will find your ID and password.

Subject : Computer remote control for [Your pseudo]
Message :
- your ID and teamviewer password
- if applies, the link to the forum topic about your problem
- A Skype ID in order to communicate with us via instant messaging and schedule the remote control.
