xeester does not import my last hands

Hello,

I have been using Xeester for around a week. At the beginning everything worked ok. But after some days, the software would not load the huds on my tables nad also I would notice it went extremely slow. However, yesterday the hud did appear in my tables but the data does not update, I have the data from two days ago. I have imported data twice but still the most recent hands dont appear. The oponents do not increase there hand reads, they remain the same, only mine do increase. Can somene help me?

You can adjust the maximum RAM used from Xeester, by clicking on :
Options > Others...



In your case you can adjust at 1.000 Mo

Then, try to click on :
Start > Repair the database

Once finished :
Import > Import old untreated files ...

If after that the problem isn't fixed,
Download Xeester
Reinstall Xeester over (so without uninstalling it) by choosing:

• Reset my data
• Keep my user preferences

Once finished :
Import > Import old untreated files ...

By the way,I noticed that since 28 August my imported hands dont appear. Because I did do the import and Xeester did importa data, however I can see these in logs (I dont understand what logs are).

So they appear in logs but not as hands in the sessions menu.

Why could this be'

It's possible that the history files have a problem,
For example, there was a problem recently with PokerStars :

I finally had to reinstall Xeester, but I indicated "Reset my data" and "Keep my user preferences" options as you said and automatically the hands were imported again correctly (with some errors but mostly ok). The HUD also is working correctly on my table and adding data of opponenets per hand.

However, what still doesnt work is when I import all hands from last 8months that Partypoker sent me from my hand history. They all appear as errors. The details says there re errors of heading, bb, and many more for each file. How can I solve this, could I send you a copy of some files so you can tell me how to change it or even change them so they can be recognized?

All stats are adjustable by position, here I understand you want RFI (Raise First In) by positions,
So ADD the stat 5 times and configure :
