Welcome ben2m-94,
Not yet,
This will be possible in the next major version that will replace Xeester and will be called OpenCards,
PS: We'll be showing more videos on the OpenCards presentation on this YouTube channel:

Welcome starfox72,
The resolution is not yet configurable for this version.
In the meantime, if you encounter a problem related to a 4K screen,
A solution has been proposed by @changthangi :

"Hello,
I have the same problem with a 2.2K screen, the scaling is not done by the application and the use is really difficult for the eye.
To remedy this, you can force the system to scale. On Win10 :
1. Find the location of the application (e.g. : C:\Program Files (x86)\Xeester\xeester-update
2. Right click : properties
3. In the compatibility tab, select : modify high PPP parameters
4. Select: replace high PPP scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: System or System (enhanced)
I found the application displaying like on a FHD screen, with a slight blur, but it is now functional.
Best regards,"
