Welcome McManuel,

Can you make a new backup :
Make a backup from Xeester (Start > Backups management... > Backup DESKTOP-XXXXXXX...)

Can you send an example of history files to contact(at)xeester.com for analysis?
You can from Xeester select one of the games or hands and click on "Show files" for quick access

The backups do not seem to be working.
I click on the button to create a backup, but at around 40% of the process it just stops and the backup pannel keep on displaying "No backups".

edit: I just sent you the email

Hi,

You can now with V2.28.3.0 reimport your hands as follows :
  • Import > Import options... > check 'Reimport existing hands (slower)' > Save

  • Restart the HH import by clicking on :
Import > Import folders... > Select the period in your processed folder
Example if you want to reimport November 2025 :
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Xeester\processed\888\2025\11

  • Once the import is complete:
Import > Import options... > uncheck 'Reimport existing hands (slower)' > Save
