If the opponent folds without showing, you will not see them,
If the opponent mucks at showdown, you'll see them,
Xeester saves everything in the history file,
So if the hand is known you see it in the replayer (or directly on the table if you activate the automatic summary).
To activate Automatic summary and choose your preferences :
