Hello all,
couldn't find any other topic refering to this, but playing MTTs on Pokerstars and in session overview i can see a lot of these MTTs have "incomplete data" which i am supposed to edit myself? It effects a wide range of tourneys, i would say more than 70%.
Pokerstars is set to english.
Even if its basically the same kind of MTT i have some where the data works, some where it doesn't.
Number of players / place / pricepool seem to be the main ones that don't function properly. My gains / losses usually get displayed correctly.
Is there any solution available?
Thanks in advance,
BR

Welcome naDanje,
Can you send history files to ngba3287(at)xeester.com for analysis?
You will find a copy in the directory C:\Program Files\Xeester\processed
You can also from Xeester select one of the MTT with "incomplete data" and click on "Show files" for quick access
1 MTT PokerStars = 2 history files
example:
HH20170719 T1973928657 No Limit Hold'em €0.23 + €0.02
TS20170719 T1973928657 No Limit Hold'em €0.23+€0.02
Thank you

Yes it should be solved
For old games whose files were not saved :
Ask PokerStars to send you your TournSummary and HandHistory files with the dates you want
(example: from January 1, 2016 to today).
To do this, simply send your request at support@pokerstars.com (or support@pokerstars.it ; support@pokerstars.es ; etc...)
