I paid 35 euros for nothing, im fucking mad about it..the HUD doesnt work. how can i have personal help?

No HUD on tables? Which room ?

Do you see the game appear in the list of sessions? (In other words, does the automatic import work?)

I did automatic import…. i did configure the save history of hand..Nothing appear.

Can you tell me where are you playing (PokerStars, PartyGaming or other) ?


Then, in Xeester:
Help > My HUD does not work > Export
Then attach this file here
( Action > Reply > Attachments > Add Files... )

For PokerStars check the 3 following steps:

PokerStars may have unchecked the saves (about the last 2 links above)


If still nothing after that,
In Xeester:
Help > My HUD does not work > Export
Then attach this file here
( Action > Reply > Attachments > Add Files... )

I did put all in English...still Nothing. also i go to HUD doesnt work, Export. but my menue is un french and there is Nothing similare to what your purposing….

Le logiciel fonctionne sur PokerStars

Pourquoi as-tu pris une licence si lors de ta période d'essai cela ne fonctionnait pas ?

ya un sérieu probleme. Je fais ajouter et il ne me propose aucun fichier correct. appart Pokerstarinstaller...888poker...dans les répertoire jai tout fait comme il le faut. Je veux etre aidé vite. ou remboursé
