Hello, my pokerstar account has been moved from .com to .gr (I am based in greece). The HUD doesn't work on normal cashgame table since then. Can you please help ? thanks.

Welcome Lelaidpreux, Happy New Year !

When you are playing,
From Xeester click on :
Help > Devtool > Export

This will create a file named "xeester-windows-XXXX.csv"
(which will be saved on your Desktop)

Which you can email to contact(at)xeester.com

You will also need to send :
The file "xeester.log" which is located in the Xeester installation directory C:\Program Files\Xeester
The history file of this table (from Xeester select the session and click on "View files" for quick access).

Can you try with this TEST version and tell me if you still have the problem ?

Procedure :

Close Xeester

Download the "test.txt" file

Place this "test" file in the Xeester installation directory. :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Xeester




Start Xeester



Note that this mode reloads the packages each time (Launching Xeester will therefore take a little longer than usual).

To remove this mode and return to the current version of Xeester, simply delete the "test.txt" file.
