Hud who goes to zero incognito

Hi everybody,

I play on winamax in cash game, I have 2 hud, one for the classic tables and one for the incognito tables, the difference between the two is that the one in incognito is in "table hands".
The problem is that after a few minutes the statistics return to zero and are blocked.
It happens that on incognito tables, I stop and restart the HUd, it works again but the bug returns.

Can you make a backup so I can look at the problem?

Make a backup in Xeester (Start > Backups management... > Backup DESKTOP-XXXXXXX...)

Can you try with this TEST version and tell me if you still have the problem ?

If you still have the problem,
Tell me if it happens on :
- Your label
- Opponents labels
- All labels

And if you are playing on several tables,
If all the tables are concerned or only one ?


Procedure :

Close Xeester

Download the "test.txt" file

Place this "test" file in the Xeester installation directory. :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Xeester




Start Xeester.
You will be on version V2.24.0.3





Note that this mode reloads the packages each time (Launching Xeester will therefore take a little longer than usual).

To remove this mode and return to the current version of Xeester, simply delete the "test.txt" file.

il semblerait que ce soit réglé alors merci à vous, si ce n'est pas le cas je reposterais ici.

Finalement le problème est revenu.
J'ai 4 tables incognito, 3 d'entres elles ont les statistiques figéees à 0 pour mon label et celui des adversaires comme si c'était en attente de mains.
La première table que j'ai lancé à quant à elle garder les statistiques.

la prochaine fois où tu as des ce problème, peux-tu envoyer à contact(at)xeester.com le fichier xeester.log situé dans le répertoire d'installation de Xeester, ainsi que les fichiers d'historique correspondants ?

Je le ferais, qu'entendez vous part " les fichiers d'historiques correspondants" ?

Les fichiers historiques des tables sur lesquels tu étais en train de jouer,
Depuis Xeester sélectionner la partie et cliquer sur "Voir les fichiers" pour y accéder rapidement.

Le fichier xeester.log est vide je ne peux l'envoyer

Pour le fichier 'xeester.log' (à ne pas confondre avec 'xeester.log.lck') Se trouvant à cet endroit sur ton PC :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Xeester

Il s'agit d'un fichier texte qui doit apparaître comme ça chez toi si les extensions ne sont pas activées :




Tu peux aussi pour mieux t'y retrouver activer les extensions :
