Hi
I download a Trial version to see how it works.
Ewerything work:
- Live sesion - work
- Hand history work to pokerstarsbut

I don`t see a HUD i poker room.

Welcome Luq1226, Happy New Year !

When you are playing,
From Xeester click on :
Help > Devtool > Export

This will create a file named "xeester-windows-XXXX.csv"
(which will be saved on your Desktop)

Which you can email to contact(at)xeester.com

You will also need to send :
The file "xeester.log" which is located in the Xeester installation directory C:\Program Files\Xeester
The history file of this table (from Xeester select the session and click on "View files" for quick access).

Thanks, Happy New Year too

I add file .zip. In this files is file.csv and xeester.log beacouse I couldn't send an email.

I don`t understand how must do with the history file of this table.

I hope that I will help

Hi Luq1226,

Can you try with this TEST version and tell me if you still have the problem ?

Procedure :

Close Xeester

Download the "test.txt" file

Place this "test" file in the Xeester installation directory. :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Xeester




Start Xeester



Note that this mode reloads the packages each time (Launching Xeester will therefore take a little longer than usual).

To remove this mode and return to the current version of Xeester, simply delete the "test.txt" file.

When I paste file on folder Xeester everything work. I have HUD in poker room.

Hi

I have a problem again but with buying a renew subscription.
I can't pay for subscriptions in any way:
- Credit card
-Debit card
-Revolt

when I click the button displays such a window as in the attachment.

Hi,

Try it by clicking on the Paypal button,
As you will see, you don't have to have or create a Paypal account,
You can just pay without a Paypal account.

I can`t see paypal. I have only debit direct or carte.

Yes, I see and paid, but I am waiting for the transfer because in xeester menu writing It has not yet paid. How long does it take to wait.

Hi,

Currently, only GoFast Winamax is compatible for this FastFold format.
For PokerStars Zoom, only the results are imported (no HUD on the table during play).
Development is studying this possibility.
