I have another problem. Tracker does not import history since I lost licenses. Do you have any idea what needs to be done?

The problem has been resolved.

is there any way to transfer huda settings to another computer?

From PC#1 Make a backup from Xeester (Start > Backups management... > Backup DESKTOP-XXXXXXX...)
From PC#2 Restore a backup from Xeester (Start > Backups management... > Restore)

or if you want only transfer 1 HUD :
Export a HUD (or Profile) from Xeester (HUD and Profiles > Edit a HUD (or Profile) > Choose the HUD (or Profile) > Export)
Import a HUD (or Profile) from Xeester (HUD and Profiles > HUD options... (or Profile) > Import...)

Hi

Last night the HUD stopped working. It does not show the statistics of all players and does not import the history of hands in real time and Xeester Live also does not work.
I looked and the history hand is normally saved in the folder pokerstars.

How to fix it ?

Hi,

The HH is saved in English and the import works ?
If Yes :

When you are playing,
From Xeester click on :
Help > Devtool > Export

This will create a file named "xeester-windows-XXXX.csv"
(which will be saved on your Desktop)

Which you can email to contact(at)xeester.com

You will also need to send :
The file "xeester.log" which is located in the Xeester installation directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Xeester
The history file of this table (from Xeester select the session and click on "View files" for quick access).

I have a problem with my data. As if it did not download data from the history of hands for 2 days and I did not change anything.

Hello,

[To do when you're not playing]

Check the list of sessions to see if the last parts show "0 hands" and delete them :




Once finished :

Repair the database in Xeester (Start > Repair the database)

And to finish :
Import > Start import

Do you have any idea how to fix this? I can not run the program when downloading data all the time an error pops up. See screenshots

Here comes a small problem, I reinstalled the Xeester program and I do not have such a file. I turn on the program, and the download does not start and shows an error.

Are you trying to pay on Paypal or CCill ?
Can you send at contact(at)xeester.com a screenshot of the page before you click "Place your order", as well as the complete url you see on the error screen ?

Hi,

If you play on WindowsOS, the HUD is available on Zoom PokerStars with version V2.26, which is currently in private beta.
If you want to test it, ask me and I'll email you the instructions for testing it.
