Hi

Last night the HUD stopped working. It does not show the statistics of all players and does not import the history of hands in real time and Xeester Live also does not work.
I looked and the history hand is normally saved in the folder pokerstars.

How to fix it ?

Hi,

The HH is saved in English and the import works ?
If Yes :

When you are playing,
From Xeester click on :
Help > Devtool > Export

This will create a file named "xeester-windows-XXXX.csv"
(which will be saved on your Desktop)

Which you can email to contact(at)xeester.com

You will also need to send :
The file "xeester.log" which is located in the Xeester installation directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Xeester
The history file of this table (from Xeester select the session and click on "View files" for quick access).
